Join us as we venture into the exciting world of Angel’s Envy! For 4 weeks Angel’s Envy Whiskey Guardian, Clare Noble will lead you through everything Angel’s Envy. We will talk about, taste, and make fun drinks with Angel’s Envy Bourbon and Rye. Each week we’ll explore different styles of cocktails and learn about each of the whiskeys. Together we will make and sample 2 different drinks each week. We will give you the tools and ingredients each week to make the cocktails either at home, through Zoom, or in the restaurant with us. Space is limited each week to only 30 people and for the first 10 that sign up for all 4 weeks, you will receive a special gift bag featuring a branded Angel’s Envy mixing glass, tasting copita, strainer, water dropper, and notebook.
As we stick with Angel’s Envy Bourbon this week, we will focus on simple and shaken. We will use a flavored simple syrup (don’t worry, we’ll make this one for you) to make 2 different bourbon drinks. The Rack House’s Josh French will walk through the process of making the simple syrup we provided in the kit and the need to shake these and other drinks. As with all of our classes, Angel’s Envy Whiskey Guardian, Clare Noble, will be on hand to discuss more things about Engle’s Envy and the exciting things they are doing. We will give you the ingredients to make the drinks each week. Pick up will begin Tuesday, September 15th up until class on Wednesday, September 16th. If you are accepted via email to an in-restaurant spot, you do not need to pick anything up. We will provide everything the night of the class.
When you purchase your ticket please indicate if you would like in person or virtual. Your purchase is a guarantee to participate virtually including all of the ingredients and recipe cards. We have a limited number of spots for those requesting to be in the restaurant. We will fill the in-restaurant spots on a first purchase first to receive basis. The class will be held at Tompkins by The Rack House at 500 South Main St. 63301
